Partial Obedience

Hey everyone ... we need some skit ideas.

What are some examples of things that would be bad if you left out some steps or only did them half way?

Like baking a cake but leaving out an ingredient.
Or working on your car but leaving a few pieces out.
Or building your kid's swingset but not following the instructions exactly.

What are some more ideas of where doing something "half-way" would ruin the whole thing?

Post your ideas.

Thanks

Hmmmm.... let me see....

If you tried to toast pop-tarts without taking htem out of the box.

Sealing the envelope and mailing a letter before you put a the letter in the envelope... (maybe someone get behind on their bills because they sent back the payment stubs without including a check?).

putting our clothes on in the worng order.... might be a wonderful visual!

Trying to work on the computer before turning it on.

Painting a house (inside or out) involves steps that are important.
(taping windows, preparing surfaces, , covering furniture, stirring paint...)

That's all I got off the top of my head. If I think of more later, I'll try to check in.

putting strings on a guitar... but leaving off just one right in the middle (aaron should appreciate this one, cuz we know how much that just doesn't work on sunday mornings!)

eating chicken, but only cooking it for like 5 seconds... that could stinkin kill you!

taking pictures without film in the camera

trying to save some $$$ by just putting water in your gas tank rather than gas.

filling your freezer full of stuff... but neglecting to actually turn it on.

what about cleaning the house, but just throwing everything in the closet, or sweeping all the dirt under the rug, or vaccuming, but forgeting to plug it in.
