Italy to Mexico

How about Mexican Food this week? That is another favorite of mine. We will bring beef enchiladas and rice krispie treats. Heather, I promised Hayden some rice krispie treats. Will you email me the Hayden friendly version?

We will need:

- 1 or 2 more main dishes

- maybe another yummy salad

- desert (did I mention we were having mexican food Chad....mmmm your super delicious empanadas would go really well if it wasn't too much trouble :)

- and whatever else y'all can think of
